After analyzing it asked for me to enter first name. No place to do it and no instructions on how to progress past that screen. Lame.

Dont know how to enter a name and cant read my results without it. No instructions on how to enter a name.

I scanned my hand but couldnt read the results because I couldnt enter a name. Frustrating

Wont let you enter your name and you cant review your results until you enter your name. Someone should fix this bug.

App is horrible. Ads a nuisance and scanner does not work....at all. What a joke.

It should scan right hand which is the future, the left hand is the birth or usually past. I didnt work at all for me. Would not scan.
